Adopt a retired showdog? What exactly does that mean? From time to time we have dogs that age out as showdogs. We are not a commercial breeder, we are not a business, we do this as a hobby, that I deeply love. That being said, we do not kennel our dogs. They live in our home. They are potty trained, crate trained, have manners and above all have been well loved and cared for  by us.

 Is it hard to place a dog you have raised for so long?   Yes, absolutely. But, let me tell you why we do it. It’s for the benefit of the dog. In order to maintain small numbers of high quality show dogs, grow the breed and continue showing dogs, we do what’s best for THEM. 

We want all of our guys to get as much attention as they can get. That can be hard when our time is fractionated between several dogs. So, when the show days are over , we feel it is our duty to have some of our retirees be THE NUMBER ONE priority. They have plenty yet to give. All of our retirees are neutered or spayed, up to date on shots, crate trained and ready for a new incredible adventure. If you are interested in a retiree, please reach out. We currently do not have a retired showdog looking for a new home. Check back from time to time to see if we have an incredible pet that becomes available.
